Octo

Blazer: JCPenney
Top: JCPenney
Belt: Target
Skirt: JCPenney
Tights: We Love Colors
Flats: Banana Republic
Nail polish: China Glaze Sidesaddle

I am stupidly pleased with how these pictures turned out. I feel almost Kendiesque with the lens flare and whatnot, though I am still lacking an attractive husband with photographic talent and I live with my parents. OH WELL

I received some fantastic news at work today. My boss andBlazer Challenge | Everybody, Everywear I have been approved for a trip to New York City for Book Expo America! Animated Cardigan goes to New York in May, and I can't wait. One of my best friends from high school lives in New York, so...guest photographer? My car won't be there so I'm going to have to make do. Regardless, it'll be a lot of fun and I'm really looking forward to scoping out the BEA!

I'll see you all tomorrow!

  3. @daisymay, thank you so much! Wasn't sure about the belt over the blazer but it worked out.

    @Linda--thank you thank you! I actually don't have a tripod & most of the time (like in this post) I use the roof my my car. Kind of a poor man's tripod but it works!

    @Laura thanks! I had no idea how they'd turn out (I can't see the screen of my camera before I take a picture) and was shocked to see how excellent they looked.

    @K thanks dude!

  4. 1) Congrats on the BEA!
    2) I agree with the pics being fabulous.
    3) Nice utilization of the blazer. I have NO idea what to do with a blazer, but I'm a fan of this outfit.

  5. Thanks Erin! I'm really, really excited about BEA! I can't style a blazer worth a cent but I thought the more accessories I add, the better it will get. One day I might do a shirt and pants and 27 different accessories just to see what happens.
