A tree grows in Cardiganland

This dock is part of the property I live on, and it's pretty awesome. However, it's certainly seen better days, and climbing onto it from 8 feet below in my tights and skirt (I did have the sense of mind to wear my Toms through the fields) distressed my freshly-sore-from-starting-a-real-deal-exercise-routine calves. There's a pear tree growing at the base of the dock which prevented me from walking onto it like a normal, sane person. So here I am, on a rickety dock, with a rip in my tights and a twig in my hair. Worth it? Sure, why not!
